Working together begins with the Clarity Review, a tailored assessment that delivers a clear path forward aligned to your goals and capacity, with a plan designed to support you as you grow.
What working together looks like
Step 1: Client Inquiry Form
Start with our Client Inquiry Form. Once you submit it, you will receive our Welcome Packet so you know exactly what to expect before you take the next step.
Step 2: Business Snapshot Questionnaire
If you would like to move forward, you will complete the Business Snapshot Questionnaire. It gives us a detailed view of how your business runs today and how you prefer to work, so your Clarity Report is tailored to your goals and capacity.
Step 3: Review and confirmation
We review your Business Snapshot to confirm alignment. If we are the right support for what you need, you will receive one email with everything you need: a link to choose your project start date, your service agreement, and your Clarity Review invoice. Once those are completed, your start date is confirmed.

Step 4: Private Portal Communication
Within 48 hours of your project date, after you sign your service agreement and pay for your service, you’ll get access to your private client portal. This is your private home base for everything related to your project, including messages, documents, and next steps, all in one place. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Step 5: Clarity Report
Within four business days of your project start date, we will deliver your Clarity Report by email. This tailored report helps you build and refine your systems based on your goals, preferences, and how you work, so you can implement changes with confidence at your own pace.
